Trudi is a Senior Registered Legal Executive and Fellow Member of the Legal Executives New Zealand Inc. She works with the Commercial and Property team, assisting clients with conveyancing and commercial transactions.
Trudi regularly advises clients on:
• Residential conveyancing;
• Title advice including cross leases, unit titles, easements and land covenants;
• House and land packages;
• Finance and refinancing including 2nd and 3rd tier lending;
• Commercial sale and purchase;
• Kiwisaver applications; and
• Home Start Grant applications.
Joining the DTI Lawyers team in January 2019, Trudi has previous experience working within the in-house legal team at Z Energy Limited and other law firms in the Bay of Plenty and Otago. Trudi's extensive legal experience together with her attention to detail and strong client services focus is of great value to our clients.
